In order to be able to start running our Women’s History Walking Tours from Saturday 18th of July we have put in place some guidelines.
Firstly we will be limiting the size of the group in accordance with Government guidelines. As this currently stands groups of 6 or more can gather outside with social distancing in place.
Therefore the size of the group on each tour will not exceed 6, including the guide.
Secondly to ensure the safety of our guides, guests and those around us social distancing will be in place throughout the duration of the walking tour.
We will be keeping 2 metres between the guide and guests from different households.
To ensure the safety of our guests & guides we require, if health permits for all participants of our walking tours to wear a face covering throughout the duration of the tour.
Our guides will be setting an example by wearing a face covering, but please note this may be removed whilst the guide walks between stops to allow the guide to take a drink of water.
In addition we will be changing the time of our walking tours to start at 11am.
This decision has been made to help both our guides and guests avoid travelling in peak hour.
All payments for our Women’s History walking tours will be made in advance of the date of the tour and via card or paypal online via our website.
Our gift voucher expiry has been extended so you now have two years from the date of purchase to join one of our Women’s History Walking Tours.
Please note the above guidelines will be in place for both public & private tours.
If you wish to join one of our tours but have a question about the above information please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
